Provided by YPmobileI had agreed to switch services from Dish to Direct TV and had an appointment window. Half way through the window they call and said they still needed to run a credit check. Nothing else happened during the window so I called and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I gave up and called back to the sales person I talked to originally. He was not available but would call back in 5 to 10 minutes. Never heard from him for over an hour. I won’t do business with this organization.
