I called Climatemp and they came out the same day to repair my air conditioning today. Noah, the serviceman quickly analyzed the problem and fixed it. I have cool air again. He was very knowledgeable and professional and I will recommend Climatemp, Summerdale, Alabama to anyone.

The technicians and the office staff have been very professional and knowledgeable about our old unit as well as the new unit we purchased from Climatemp. We are very satisfied customers!

Be aware of this company! Called this company to fix a simple clogged drain, I left my credit card on file under agreement of $89 diagnostic charge, they told me technician will call before repair with the amount. Technician never call and charge my credit card with $249 without my consent or approval. A simple clogged drain does not cost $249 to repair. It is high robbery!! Very dishonest people, be aware before you leave your credit card on file.

Love this company, AWSOME air conditioning company with fabulous employees that care about their customers not sometimes but all the time!

Guests arrived to find AC not cooling. Called Climatemp since they installed AC in 2014. Repairman said thermal expansion valve (TXV) not working, cost $650. It took 4 days to obtain valve by mail. I called requesting info on cost, told it takes 6 hrs to replace TXV. Asked owner to call to discuss costs, no reply. Repairman took 2 hrs to replace TXV. Two weeks later AC not cooling again. Called Climatemp 5 times with no satisfaction. Called another AC company. The TXV was not installed properly by Climatemp. They obtain the TXV the next day – surprising since it took Climatemp 4 days! Repairman found the issue - Climatemp did not install TXV with required gasket. Installing the gasket with the valve is a fundamental requirement and should have not been overlooked. Obviously no check for leaks after install. This caused extra costs due to lost Freon. Climatemp will NOT discuss this with me and says that I am lying about this situation. Very POOR customer service and reputation.

My experience with CLIMATEMP was by far the best yet. They wasted no time getting to my home. Once they got there they were courteous and respectful. He found the problem in less than 30 mins. If I have to call a Hvac company there's only one place I call that's Climatemp. They have earned my business for here on out.Thanks CLIMATEMP you guys feel like family.
