I went in a week ago Friday Feb, 19th. Had a full service clean. Paid $49.99. I did not notice when I got in the car, that the young man doing my car, thought it necessary to steal my license plate covers and also helped himself to the cup holder mechanism in my Infinity. Which according to the dealer, is $300 to replace. Had no idea they operated as a quasi-chop shop as well as cleaning service for my car. When I realized the items were gone, I contacted the manager, he never did anything. Including refunding the cost of the car wash.



I am done with looking the other way with things like this. I am (a) filing in small claims court for reimbursement for the replacement part. I am also reaching out to INS to report them, I am certain several of the people that work there are not legal to work in the US and are clearly there to steal and thieve from patrons. We will see how expensive it is for an owner to endorse theft and also illegal aliens at the work place.
