Provided by YP.comPoor Service, waited 3 Months patiently then told by Doctor since he could not get a 2 year approval through insurance he would not do the work for my Son's Braces. Very disappointed and waisted our time ! :( The Clerk also submitted x-rays in-correctly. More time delayed.
