Used them for my wedding on 12-1-12, and they appeared nice and congenial to begin with, but our salesperson Stephen Curry was almost useless. He misquoted tailoring prices from the beginning, and he wouldn't talk to my wife with any real attention when she went in to try and handle things when they lost my best man's tuxedo the day before our wedding. They also gave him the wrong tie, and they gave my wife's man of honor the wrong vest. We went in to speak with the manager Allan, and he refused to accept any blame (it's not as though we're trying to get anything for free), and he didn't actually apologize. Nobody there knows how to deal with an unsatisfied customer. When we expressed a desire to call corporate, Allan just said "our store is doing fine" and acted like it was our fault that they messed up. He also gave us two wrong numbers after offering the regional director for us to talk to. We had things to wear, but there were far too many mess-ups, instances of poor customer service, and avoidances of accountability. Never, ever, ever again.
