Emerald Pools constructed a pool for us this past year. We are very happy with our new pool.

We had 4 different pool companies bid for our pool and show us designs and listened to their recommendations.

One of the four companies promised us a beautiful pool and deck (The design was Beautiful) but told us that the deck would need to be left off the design because it would built over the easement. So scratched them dishonest. The other two were very reparable and submitted comparable designs.

We went with Emerald for a couple reasons.

First Justin came and listened to us he was very patient with my wife who may I say had lots of ideas lots and lots of ideas!!!

He helped me visualize what the heck she was talking about so it made sense to me.

He helped explain the whys and why not’s that home owners need to know when expending this amount of money for a Pool.

He also was able to make suggestions for decking and was able to install a flag stone deck for slightly more money than a cool deck.( Which everyone else was pushing)

Justin talked very highly of his competitors. He did warn us about the deck guy and problems with building on an easement.

We did have some issues with the original layout and placement of the pool, Missouri city changed some of the requirements that affected the size of our deck. Also found that the survey was wrong and we had an additional 6 feet!!! . So because of these issues our deck size increased by about 800 sq feet and we were able to increase the width and length of our pool. The cost of the deck did not increase because emerald, eat the cost of the extra Flag stone.

During the contraction all of the workers did a great job and very FAST.

Our pool is beautiful! Justin His Mom and Dad are good honest people I am very happy we went with them, I was most impressed that they never bad mouthed their competitors nor did they mislead us or pressure us in any way it was a great experience the whole way. I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about installing a pool!! Also as of yet we are not seeing any noticeable increases in our electric costs, and do your research check the BBB, and don’t do salt water!!
