Countertops ----- GO TO SOMEONE ELSE!



Save yourself some stress. A simple Kitchen countertop installation through Lowe's turned into a 5 week nightmare! The First visit, Trindco came out and did what appeared to be a thorough measurement....NOT.



5 install visits later (each with a different team), two mis-calculations/mis-measurements, one visit where they forgot to bring a piece of backsplash, one visit where the install team looked at the electrical outlet and without even trying said they couldn't cut around the outlet properly...another visit (two actually) where they 'forgot' to caulk...and finally the last visit where they asked me to sign a waiver relinquishing all claims even though I had two purchase two sets of backsplash (one 4" and one 4 3/8") because two different sets of installers couldn't agree on which size I actually needed....BTW, the original 4" was the correct size.

I had bought countertops through Home Depot earlier this year and Trindco installed them. I had some installation schedualing difficulties at first but I just wanted to thank the guys that installed them for doing the little extra work to get the breakfast bar secured. Thanks guys, it's still holding.
