I love the store. There is a huge selection, especially since Joann moved from the ledgewood mall. Whenever I call for specific fabrics, the sales people are great! The only downfall, they never have flyers with coupons available for customers who have had issues with mailings, and even just to know what sales are going on, it's not always possible to keep running up to the front window to read the ONLY sales flyer that IS available...Only once, was a manager kind enough to get a coupon for me, when my cell phone lost power and i couldn't get the coupon off the internet...makes me wonder if they keep the copies of flyers in the back??? hmmmm??? Otherwise, the store is clean and of course we have to practice one of our heavenly virtues, to learn patience when waiting our turn to have our items cut, as there always seems to be that one people with a huge cart full of fabric and some times the select few that have to wait for our only piece of lace or trim to be cut! I wish we could cut our own!!! LOL!!! Relaxing atmosphere and many diverse products for each area of crafting!
