Charged $45 to come out a total if $225 to put spring back on seal with 1 month warranty a 5 min job with the right tool. Jeez... Im buying the spring removal pliers for $57 lesson learned.

They came to fix my refrigerator and were very punctual. I recommend AAA appliance repair to anyone who needs house hold appliances fixed/repaired. 5 stars!

I called them over to fix my fridge. They come in with an offer of $35 instead of the $80 that most places do. But they jack up the prices later and is pushy by insisting on higher prices. Ended up paying almost $200 for a 45 minute work .After insisting that there is a 35% coupon, they informed me that the $200 is after the 35% off. Terrible,. Would not recommend them at all.

called and got this individual that was not helpful all he cared about was how much they were gonna charge just to look at my refrigerator .

Extremly fast service. They came out the same day and replaced the pump in my washer. He was here less than an hour and I was back to doing laundry. Great prices and service. If i had to use somebody, I'd call them again. Much better than needing a new washer. Thanks!!!

I called AAA Appliance repair because my freezer wasn't getting cold, They were very friendly and helpful and had a technician come out within two hours. Very fast and reliable.

Good service. I called in and was quoted a reasonable price for a service call. The tech showed up pretty quickly and also fixed the problem promptly. The tech was nice and the operator was nice. A+

My refrigerator stopped cooling while I was out of town for the weekend. The technician came out and diagnosed the problem fairly quickly and gave me what I thought was a thorough explanation and honest estimate. Within hours of calling, my refrigerator was back on track.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! THIS IS THE SHADIEST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH--EVER!! My experience was very similar to what Lululee, Judysone and teo.chico described. My dryer wasn't working. The technician looked at my dryer and told me it would be hundreds $$$ to fix. I told him I would rather buy a new one. Then he asked, "How much do you want to pay?". What kind of question is that? I said, I would like to pay about $50! Then he said the lowest he could fix it for would be a little over $200, but once he fixed it, it should work for years. Against my better judgement, I paid over $200 and had him fix it. That was exactly 5 months ago. Now my dryer has the same problem again. I called them and said the dryer was doing the same thing; and they said their repairs have only a 90-day warranty. When I tried to say something else, he lied and said he had to go because his other phones ringing. After I thought about it, I didn't really want them coming back anyway. These people are serious crooks!!! I hate to even give them one star!

So far so good! I am very weary of doing business with someone I found on-line but so far.so good! Fast service(done in two days).Friendly and professional Technician(Boris) and understanding and friendly manager(Michael). I'm hoping my fridge will last as long as promised with this new electrical part but its was definitely better than spending a bunch more on a new fridge! Thank you AAA for great service. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PIECE OF CRAP RIP OFF I HAVE EVER SEEN. BORIS CAME TO MY HOUSE TOOK MY DRYER APART AND THEN TOLD ME IT WOULD COST 480 DOLLARS. I SAID WHAAATT? I CAN BUY A @#%$ NEW DRYE FOR THIS MUCH. THEN HE SAID "OK WELL HJOW MUCH YOU WANT TO SPEND? (IN A BROKEN HARSH RUSSIAN ACCENT). I SAID WHAT DO YO MEAN HOW MUCH DO I WANT TO SPEND????
