I recently had the pleasure of having Chimney Sweep & Fire Protection Co. service, inspect & clean our 2 fireplaces. I was referred to them from my sister-in-law who has been using them for 18 years with great satisfaction. I was very pleasantly surprised to see two very clean cut, professional men perform detailed inspections and cleanings of both my very dirty fireplaces. They explained everything to me as they conducted their inspections. All of their equipment was clean and state-of-the-art and not a bit of dust or dirt was left behind. They guarantee a dust-free and thorough service and it was exactly that! They worked very hard and did an expert job. The're very friendly, honest and knowledgable. They gave me many tips on how to use the fireplaces more efficiently and safely. They also did a small repair without charging me which you never experience these days! I've had other chimney cleaning company's out only to be disappointed with their poor service or sales scams.
