To whom it may concern,



James Slusher was introduced to me a number of years back when I was having serious problems with another contractor's quality of service and ethics. After firing that individual, I proceeded to request advice from James with regard to my very unusual dilemma I had with my floor in my house. I was looking at using some unconventional type products that had not yet been known or tested in the area.



James looked at my scenario and gave me some options other than the one that I preferred and after much discussion agreedto use the product of my choice. Not only did James talk many times with the outside representative for the product line but he also proceeded to view some installation videos to gain asmuch knowledge of the product prior to installation.



This gentleman takes pride in his work, timely completes work and is excited by a challenge. He is constantly learning and looks forward to his art. He is a fair businessman who usually becomes a friend by the time he leaves your home.

Since the completion of my first project, James has since re-tiled a bathroom with small tiles and a design to frustrate even the most patient. He really took the time to lay it all out, and explained the challenges ahead so that we would understand and made sure we were happy in the end.



Being a busy Realtor I have referred James to other friends and clients who were all 100% satisfied with his level of expertise. His knowledge of the product is vast, and his ability to fix and correct existing issues to make his job work look proper is great. His work ethic is probably better than my grandfathers.
