Provided by YP.comThere is never anyone in the office to ask questions or to make payments to. No one answers the phone or returns calls either. They take a break from 12:30 to 2 Monday through Friday and many times still are unavailable until about 3pm. They don't show or rent units after I believe3 or so. Have been renting for almost a year and this is the worst storage facility I have ever used. But they are somewhat affordable.the only plus to renting from them.
