Customer service is their Achilles Heal. This simply reflects what others are saying in their reviews. And it's true. My experience is too long to go into, but it boils down to: They think they are saving a buck by not honoring anything. But the opposite is true. Business people like this are unable to see how chasing away customers hurts the bottom line with loss of repeat business, negative word-of-mouth, poor reviews (like this one), etc. etc..
