I've been going to this location a few years since they opened. I have to say I am done with Great Clips ! Seems like every time I go there I end up waiting and getting upset and leaving before I get service . Today was my worst experience there ever . I got there and checked in and was waiting approx. 20 minutes and apparently the girl that was there did not cutting a white persons hair because she did everything in her power to void cutting my hair. SHE WAS DONE WITH HER LAST CUT FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES . She cleaned her clippers and was using a towel to wipe her little hand held mirror . Took her sweet time sweeping up hair on the floor then she went and hung around the area where they wash peoples hair . I can see her peeking around the corner to see if I was still there . finally she walked by me with her cell phone in hand and walked out the front door . So that's what I did I got up and walked out the door and I can tell you I will never go back !
