Dear Mr. Frailey, Just wanted to take a second to express my sincere appreciation for the professionalism displayed by Mr. Jones, claims adjuster, in his quest to address my claim which was the result of the last big storm. Mr. Jones was specific, efficient and thorough in addressing my damage to the house. It's agents such as both yourself and Mr. Jones that continue to prove that I've made the proper choice in being associated with your Insurance Agency. I am currently pursuing another property in Delaware and when it came to obtaining house insurance, it was a very easy decision.... Nationwide / Frailey Agency.
