Had my detailed by Mr. Buff up yesterday. They did a great job. I have beige interior which is a struggle to keep clean. It looks brand new. They even removed a ketchup stain on the backseat. I was very satisfied with my service.

This business is ok. I took my car here and they did an ok job. They were very friendly except for a blond woman that was there. She looked at me like I was low life. She made a comment about being the owner's wife. That's the reasons for the three stars. Very unpleasant experience because of the rude blond.

We At Dr Buff up take pride in every vehicle we clean and have been in business for 19 years. What these reviews do not say is how damaged there vehicles were when they were brought to us. We thoroughly go threw every vehicle, literally with a fine tooth brush. If there are personal items left in a vehicle we will not touch those personal items as they should be removed prior to bringing the vehicle to us. If something is not done to the customers satisfaction we go above and beyond to make that customer satisfied with our performance. What customers need to remember if the dirt and the stains are in the carpets or seats for a period of time we do the best we can to get those stains taken out but sometimes no matter what we do it is not possible due to the product that caused the stain. We at Dr. Buff up used all PROFESSIONAL CLEANERS!!

Just had my car detailed, interior only. Poor workmanship, dirt and marks missed in the cleaning process. Overall poor job. I called and they said bring it back. I wasn't going to do another 50 mile RT for poor workmanship. It seems like they just went over everything with vinyl cleaner, skipped cup holders, didn't move gear shift position to clean that area. Only wish I checked reviews first! They did not put any effort into drying floor mats, they were soaked. Don't waste your gas or $84.00 going there, it really is a disappointment and rip off.

Have to give one star but i rate him -5 I took my ford explorer to get a full detailing compound wash the works! What i got was a car that was not washed but had been wax on top of dirt. Grit and dirt around the windows! The interior was armoral on top of dirt the arm rest was not even cleaned as we requested the rugs were supposedly shampooed but still dirty. The leather was not cleaned or conditioned. I was ROBBED OUT OF 100.00 DOLLARS. IT ONLY CAME OUT TO BE A 100.00 DOLLARS BECAUSE THE GENTLEMEN DID NOT HAVE CHANGE FOR A HUNDRED DOLLAR BILL AND TOLD MY HUSBAND TO LEAVE IT AT A 100.00 Should of known something was wrong. I did a better job at home with my Bissell carpet cleaner , Dyson vacuum, Blue Magic leather & vinyl cleaner and head light restorer. TOTAL RIP OFF WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE EVER! Left him a message and called several times no answer!
