I have been working with Paul at Abest Plumbing for well over five years at the time of this review. At the time, my house was suffering from a number of difficulties due to financial challenges, but emergencies forced me to face those difficulties.

Paul is friendly and courteous, flexible with his schedule and very fair with his pricing. He is incredibly knowledgeable with a brilliant mind and very willing to discuss and teach you all about the status of every system in your home, all while enjoying elements of humor and philosophy during lively conversations. I especially like that he walks all throughout your home's perimeter, taking note of flaws and successes of all interior and exterior systems and offering expert knowledge.

Over the years, we have gone from emergency repairs, to actual home improvements. He even consulted me on how to install my own mini split heating and cooling system, helping to save my family over 50k compared with quotes from two local companies.

Since we met, he has helped me with:
- Emergency oil boiler repair
- Emergency heating system pipe leaks
- Emergency water pipe repairs
- Emergency well pressure tank repair

Then, has helped me with improvements including:
- Whole boiler system flush, condition and clean turning brown mud to clear nearly drinkable water
- Whole house water filter installation
- Old failing copper to PEX upgrade (as old pipes leak, we replace tens of feet during each leak event)
- Installation of new electric water heater retiring the old boiler water heater
- Installation and upgrade of an electric circuit breaker panel
- Consultation on installing a whole house heating and cooling mini split system (saving over 50k and vastly improving the comfort and quality of life for my family)

It is a rare opportunity (and I've had many unfortunately unreliable dealings with local contractors) to have a truly reliable, fair, intelligent and friendly human being I can count on for most of my home's needs.

We are content and pleased with Abest plumbing, electric and heating. Paul is honest, prompt and affordable. We've used him on several occasions after we purchased our home and he has always been fair and reliable. He always gets the job done right and cares about his customers. He is even pet and kid friendly :) I feel very comfortable in knowing we have a plumber/electrician we can trust!

I haven't been disappointed with anything. Paul was great! Couldn't be happier with the service. I appreciate the timeliness when I had an emergency and he was outstanding! You guys are my plumber for Life.
