Buyer Beware is all I can say. Vanyo Martial Arts has you sign a binding yearly contract with Member Solutions. This contract gives you no notice that your renewal is coming due. The only noticed is that you have been renewed and locked into another year. At this point, it is too late. You will be locked into another year of paying for service not provided. Do not rely on your contract to clearly state their cancellation policy. The policy is laid out but the deadline for the cancellation date can be confusing. This confusion is for the financial benefit of Vanyo and Member Solutions. According to member solutions, I appear not to be the only person this business has slighted. After being a customer for five years, it is disheartening to be treated in this manner.



10/10/12 The issue of my contract being automatically renewed without notification has been resolved with the owner's assistance. To clarify our grievance, the issue was not with the quality of training but in the terms of the contract
