I highly recommend this store. I recently purchased a complete dual screen system from here. The proprietor answered any questions I had ,and they were many. He was patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I have shopped around and researched on-line before purchasing a new desktop system. Even though the components I purchased from EZ Tech were refurbished (used?), I got greatly higher performance, dual screen capability with 2 beautiful 22" Samsung monitors,and a higher level of Win 10 for a fraction of what any big box store could provide. Because EZ Tech also does repairs and upgrades, I could have had numerous options added to this computer for a very reasonable price. This place is over an hour from my home, but worth every mile of the trip.

I bought a brand new laptop computer for collage. Unfortunately I didn't have the option to use it when needed due to multiple problems that always seemed to occur. I literally spent more money with the on going viruses, diagnostics, new hard drives ect. than I did on the laptop alone. While thinking about just buying a whole new one, luckily a friend of mine told me to try EZ Tech Computers. When I took my computer there they were so generous to me and made the whole process easy for me to understand. Not to mention they did not charge me for the diagnostic. My computer was ready that exact day, new hard drive and all, and it's running better from when I first purchased it. Thank you EZ Tech Computers, you have my customer loyalty for life.

I took my computer in for a free estimate. The guy called me back in 2 hours and told me I needed a battery & clean up. He had the computer back to me the same day. Very fast and efficient company. Everything works just like new. Thanks PC Medic
