This place was the worst place ever. We made reservations and when we arrived they said we weren't suppose to be their until the next day. We called them at different times that day and told them each time who we were and that we were on our way and should be there a little after six which we were.when we got their they tried to charge us more for our week stay than what was discussed on the phone plus they didn't have out cabin vacant when we got their so, They had to put us up in the lodge for one night because they were expecting some people the next day for the lodge which was OK but the funny thing is no one was put in it the whole three days we were their and they said the hot tub didn't work in the lodge which i thought was a big disappointment because it should have been working because what if a large group had rented it for the week coming up. Well, the next day they moved us to a cabin. the air conditioning went out, and the floors were so nasty i had to mop them four times just to feel comfortable about my bare feet being on them, and it turned my white mop so brown it was terrible . We told them about the ac going out they then moved us for the second time to a camper trailer and from that point the people were being very rude and we decided the next morning that we would just leave they didn't refund any of our money and we paid for a whole week. I would not ever recommend or tell a friend of mine to stay their. It was the biggest nightmare we ever had going there. We never did get the TV's to work in any of the three places we stayed in the three days we were their. Just plain and simple the worst place ever to go and enjoy yourself. They don't have any idea what is going on and they have no idea how to treat people or how to run a business. The owner was so rude to his employees he was getting on to them in a really rough tone right in front of people that were staying their which i thought was wrong, they should have been taken to another place to chew them out but not in front of customers. i wouldn't give this place even one star if i had a choice.
