Provided by YP.comI called AW Auto when my van would not start. Jim was able to diagnose the problem with in the first 2 minutes of the phone call. My alarm system was malfunctioning and would not allow me to start the vehicle. He gave me instructions over the phone and I was on my way within 10 minutes. I would have otherwise had to pay for an un-needed tow. I can't express enough thanks to them for helping me in this situation. Very knowlegable staff! THANK YOU AGAIN
