I went to this Gamestop today in Stratford, CT to return my iPod Classic. I had previously bought the one year warranty on this item so I figured I would be in and out with a new one without hassle. The worker there, i believe her name was Vanessa was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She said they had none in stock, would not know when they were going to be in stock, and told me to choose something else. I didn't want something else I wanted the item I had originally paid for and had a warranty on. I asked if she can please call me when they were back in stock and she said she can't do that and made a rude remark under her breath. I don't believe its just me that she is so rude to because she was utterly rude to the customer in front of me when he just had some questions. Overall, I hope i never have to step foot in this disgustingly rude and inconvenient gamestop. I recommend a different one with nicer and more trust worthy employees.

If you've never been to gamestop, you have to go. Awesome program, great used and new games at reasonable prices. Beats the big box stores any day
