Unfortunately it has been made clear that addional details regarding the experience with Ryan Bellman, Brandy Money & RB Plumbing and Remodeling need to be documented. Upon addressing our reasonable concerns about the quality of work with Ryan & Brandy we were met with extreme hostility & pathetic excuses. After walking away from the nightmare of Ryan Bellman we began receiving threatening letters along with these absurd responses to any of our reviews with completely fabricated & delusional scenarios. It didn't stop there unfortunately! They're now making slanderous statements about my character on various platforms along with absolutely preposterous accusations! The desperate nature of their actions can only be explained as the actions of someone attempting to get away with or cover up the lies the continue to tell and the fraud they continue to commit! Ryan will tell you he is a professional Plumber stemming from 3 generations of plumbers and contractors! I will tell you that his claim is not only false but it is impossible! For obvious reasons being the horrific elementary quality of his work (while he advertises & pretends to be a skilled and licensed professional... Obviously he lacks any skill or professionalism whatsoever) BUT it is FACT that the state of Ohio prohibits ANY so--called contractor to obtain licensing with a felony theft record... to which Ryan Bellman pled guilty to in 2015. He was charged with and pled guilty to stealing over 15k worth of materials from a former employer! His criminal record doesn't end there either! I assure you, this is not the people or company anyone would want in their home!

CONSUMER BEWARE! If you're looking for a true professional that has the skill level and knowledge to complete your plumbing and remodeling needs ~ DO NOT USE RB PLUMBING AND REMODELING! They are NOT REGISTERED, NOT LICENSED, NOT INSURED OR BONDED! They are NOT ACCREDITED with the BBB and have multiple complaints with the BBB! They are in violation of city and county ordinances! And they don't care!
Our experience with this company has been horrific! Ryan Bellman will claim to have the ability to give you the bathroom of your dreams regardless of your budget. He's convincing... at first! Once the work begins and you begin to notice one issue after the next, don't expect your concerns to be received well. Ryan will make excuses for the poor workmanship. Ryan will blame former employees for the substandard work. You may even be told your expectations are not reasonable and how they've "bent over backwards to accommodate you"! If I can prevent one person or family from going through a similar experience, please... do your research, ask questions, educate yourself, and DO NOT allow Ryan Bellman and RB Plumbing and Remodeling in your home.
They have responded to our concerns by alluding to some grande ole "bait and switch tactic" from my husband & I ....that is nothing but delusional! They have suggested that my husband approved everything and once installed, I refused everything. To clarify ~ the invoice stated that a "Moen" faucet & shower head was being installed when in FACT, they actually installed a cheap "Glacier Bay" and it was pitiful! They attempted to install a horrific, broken down cabinet that they altered to accommodate a heavy and very modern vessel sink, which I, most definitely refused. Keep in mind, Ryan relocated the plumbing and brought this "hazardous thing" in the bathroom, thinking it would best be located next to and preventing the medicine cabinet from opening, but he did NOT actually install it and I have the text messages to prove it... I did immediately state it was nothing like the photos I had provided to show them what I liked! I was in disbelief. Neither my husband or myself "approved" this trash!
The facts of the experience remain ~ the installation of the tile, grout, and so-called niche are so sub-par and unprofessional that when having THREE licensed, professional contractors, with 10year & A + ratings with the BBB, provide detailed opinions, suggestions, and estimates ~ each and everyone was in SHOCK that someone claiming to be a professional actually completed the work! It is FACT that Ryan Bellman is NOT a licensed plumber/contractor, is NOT registered (and can NOT be registered due to NOT having the proper credentials, RB Plumbing and Remodeling NOR Ryan Bellman have any sort of liability insurance or surety bonding. The fact is, according to the Ohio Attorney General (see photo), the law states that a contractor/plumber can NOT refer to oneself as "plumber, plumbing contractor, master plumber, or professional plumber" without a valid license and VALID license numbers must be posted on all business related material. Providing services without a license, is subject to legal charges! Additionally, since Ryan Bellman has failed to follow protocol for the industry & services he advertises, it is NOT possible for Ryan Bellman or RB Plumbing and Remodeling to obtain the required permits from the city building department. The homeowner could face legal and/or financial penalty for having work completed without a permit (see photo)
Unfortunately for us, we learned that needed to ask questions, we needed to research and verify Ryan's embellished portfolio, we needed permits and proof of Ryan's qualifications... after the fact!
Look very closely at the photos on their website (you'll see it's sloppy work) compare the quality of Ryan's work to that of a true professional! ASK QUESTIONS & do your research! Search & search some more and you'll find everything you need!

We called these guys looking to renovate our bathroom because our child with special needs loves to play in the bathtub and splashes water everywhere. We had major water damage that needed to be fixed. They fixed the damage and had a drain installed in the bathroom floor outside of the tub and didn't charge us extra.
