I give this agency 0 stars. When I applied, I told them, particularly, Todd Lauer, that I was ONLY interested in temp-to-hire warehouse/forkilift positions. About a year passed when I got a call from Todd letting me know of a warehouse position in Canton. I told him I was interested in this position. After about a month, I get a call from Todd saying I can start at this company the coming Monday. Big mistake. When I got there, I was informed that the position is packaging, NOT warehouse. Also, about a week or so down the road, I find out that this particular company does NOT hire in the temps assigned there. TODD LAUER STRAIGHT UP LIED TO ME!!! So, stay away from this staffing agency...do not even talk to Todd Lauer. All he will do is lie to you. The beat thing I heard come of his mouth was when he caled and told me I was being let go and that they were no longer gonna be working with me. Which was all fine with me...since I was scheduled to start at another company, through a different staffing agency a couple days after his last call to me. Oh, and this company that I am currently with DOES hire in their temps when it's time to do so.

This company is terrible. Do not use them. Never sign a contract with them. They misrepresent employees, fail to do any kind of past employment check, then try to charge outrageous fees for employees who only lasted a few weeks. Very poor customer service. BEWARE!!! Note even a 1 star
