Smokey bones stoughton mass technology drive ,disgusting was called a racist for complaining about poor service our party of six had there picture taken and was told it would be posted on the internet and that we would be labeled racists for complaining about poor service our waiter and his co worker then accused us of calling them the n word my name is Dan R and I will never ever go to this restaurant ever again racism is alive and well at smokey bones

This was our first visit to Smokey Bones and everything about it was awesome are server Derek was the best the food was excellent. My son is very picky about his fish he said it was the best fish he has ever had my whole family loved it would recommend to everyone and will be back and will be asking for Derek he Rocked

Don't Bother. Our third take out trip. First was ok but the food actually melted the Styrofoam container. Ummm. Second, took too long, no one seemed to work the take out, had to keep asking for the food. Third unbelievable. The Hostess said someone would be with you in a few minutes. Noting the long wait in Trip 2 we questioned is that 5 minutes or 20 minutes. I was put in my place and told in a few minutes. It was more like 20 minutes. After 5 requests for help, including one request by whom appeared to be the manager, he turned his back and continued his personal conversation and said someone would be there. Ok, so 20 minutes into this. We order. The BBQ Chicken was sold out, so we were told we could get the chicken boneless. I had a coupon for the club $10 off an order over $20. The two meals were pennies less than $20 or we ordered a side. Was told about tax not included and really the side was way over a few pennies. Went outside to make a call came back in 3 times. Finally, got someone to look into the status. The call was 31 minutes and 13 seconds. We were told it would take 6 minutes. Ha ha ha...Ok we still don't have the food. 15 minutes or so later the meal comes out. Really, a huge metal serving container, with the sandwich size piece of chicken, with nothing on it, next to it a small container of cold corn. The fish meal was slightly warm. We went in. They just took the chicken back and off the credit card. Without even asking us. Crazy. So, now we have one meal for actually more than the cost of the two with the coupon. Upon complaining and holding the chicken up and saying would anyone here want this the store credited the cost of both meals. We left the chicken, not that we had a choice. And was left with one meal. Would I go back NO!. I have like the place for lunch but never take out. Really, someone should check out that management system
