I wish that I could put negative stars. I called this service right after the coldest snap this year. I have two gas units,that had been installed new in 2009 and nothing but trouble from the get go. That plumber took off never to be seen again.once the duncklee technician arrived, he spent several hours cleaning the unit. He left and charged me 550 dollars and still had not resolved the issue. I was told by his boss the next day that they could replaced the unit for ten thousand dollars.I went another two months without heat or hot water.waited until l could afford to call another technician. They resolved the issue within half an hour. The gas settings had been set for natural gas instead of propane. All it would have taken for that technician to figure it out was a simple probe. Also the black condensate would have lead any other technician to the conclusion that the gas mixture settings was not correct. They suck big time!!

We have an old house with a truss attic, and only a very shallow crawl space for a basement., These things make it very difficult to have an air conditioning system installed. However, two years ago, Duncklee quoted and installed a Mitsubishi air conditioning system for our house (3 BR, Kitchen, dining roon, office, living room, approx. 2300 sq ft). It was a very reasonable price, installed on time, the engineers were very detailed, did excellent work, cleaned up after themselves, and were very professional. I've always had central air through ordinary duct work in the past - but this Misubishi system out performs them. We are very satisfied and will use Duncklee and Mitsubishi in the future.
