I made an appt. for 1pm to get an oil change and a tire rotation. They didn't finish my car until 2:05. After I drove my car back to work I noticed that they had not rotated the tires. I called them and they told me that MA law doesn't allow tire rotations if the tread depth is 2 degrees lower or more on the tires being rotated. Well, i had a coupon for a free tire rotation. They never mentioned anything to me about this when I was at the Midas, nor did they give me back my coupon for a free tire rotation. Very bad customer service and I will never return to this unprofessional place.
