I had called about a half hour before i went in and asked if i could make an appointment. The lady said we aren't that busy so you can just come in. I arrive 30 minutes later and it was packed. She said about 30 more minutes. I told her I had just called and she said well you should have made an appointment. I couldn't believe it!! So, I went shopping for 45 minutes and came back hoping they would be ready...nope had to wait another 15 minutes. The 30 minutes regular pedicure only lasted 12 minutes....what a disappointment. The full set was okay nothing special, but when applying the nail polish she kept missing and didn't clean it up. I was so mad that I didn't even stay to get them dried. Grrr....I will NEVER go there again. The only reason i gave them a 2 was because the lady that did my nails was so nice. I do NOT recommend ever going to this place and they will never see me again.

Just got a $29 pedicure at the Stoneham location. The polish is messy I have polish on my most of my toes that missed the nail and was not cleaned up. The scrubbing on my feet was done horribly I can still feel rough skin. Not worth the price, I can go to many other salons and pay $40 for both a manicure and pedicure and have both done much better than Gardn Nail & Spa.
