I planned a special weekend for my boyfriend I reserved a lane two weeks prior only to be not found in your system after waiting. Then to be rushed off a lane that we were on due to mechanical failure we were switched to the next lane. An employee told us we could not sit in the chairs we were in before. The manager on duty was not accommodating or professional. I drove four hours from Statesboro Georgia to be disappointed in your facility I was told that this would be a nice place for me to show him a great birthday. The employee who was a rude name is Rendric and the manager name was Bryan Thomas. I work in the customer service field on two jobs and was very dissatisfied with my customer service.
