I have been shopping at HL for near 11 years now. I have never had an issue with anything I have ever bought from them. You might be able to get a few dollars of of a product going somewhere else but the customer service you get at HL beats them all!!! What's a few dollars when you can call a store you just bought your product at and ask for support (and they can actually give it to you!). Don't make a mistake and buy from other stores that can't back their products, buy products and support from the best, HL Computer!‎

They fixed it when 2 other shops couldn't. Got my data & replaced the drive same day. Didn't break the bank. I'll use them again.

Totally dissatisfied with the service. I would not go to this place unless you want to get ripped off.



I took my computer in for a simple repair and they ended up charging over $200 bucks. Services are not quoted and you will end up with an unexpected bill. The problem I had could have been resolved for only $64 bucks.
