Yesterday (6/818) called Yellow Taxi to pick me up from UHaul on Tam 0'Shanter, was told 45 mins, which I thought was a long wait, but okay. After 60 mins, called dispatcher, told taxi's last fare took "extra long" but she would call me soon when taxi would be there. A total of 90 min wait, still no taxi, dispatched now says has no idea where taxi is or when might pick me up. Said I'd wait but then finally found friend leaving her job who could swing by and pick me up. Dispatcher never called, I didn't bother to cancel since they clearly don't care. Will be contacting City Council to see if city still regulates taxis, filing complaint. Company doesn't deserve taxi license/business.

Don't use to the airport or amtrac. Unless they give you a definite time. If they mess up youll have to get back on google and back to the bottom of the list. In Stockton there are limited amount of taxis. You don't want to be running late.

Are you still in service? Get an app like Uber or Lyft. At least tell the drivers you are on your way.

Hire more drivers or tell the customers how long the wait is. Uber is killing it hope on board or get left behind

Is this really a cab service? Why don't they have newer vehicles. If taxi companies were more efficient there probably never be a ride sharing service

Absolutely freaking terrible! every time i make the mistake of using this as a means of travel i end up waiting 3 EFFING HOURS!! honestly don't even bother unless you plan on calling a couple hours ahead of time, instead i would recommend American taxi and cab, faster service, cheap, and super nice cab drivers. http://stockton-taxi.com/ there is the url to their website.

When I need a ride i do call yellow cab, and i have had really bad experiences but i also have had really good experiences with this cab service. 6 times out of 10 they are late but the drivers are really nice.

I had called for a cab.
Almost an hour later I just said screw this and I called another cab service, amazingly the other service was way faster. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Terrible customer service. They take forever and don't care. You're better off taking the bus.

I used Yellow Cab in Manteca, there the same company. The driver's name was Rob and he was the funniest guy. I was having a horrible day and he cheered me right up. He was on time and his cab was clean. Yellow Cab over Red Top every day of the week.

I called all the other cabs in Stockton and the Yellow Cab Company was the ONLY ONE who would schedule a TIME CALL. When the day came, they were actually a few minutes early which made things easier for me to make my appt. on time.

Worst taxi service ever, I called 1 1/2 hour early for a ride to the train station, the woman told me the drivers usually start work at 7:00, I explained to her that I needed to be at the train station before 7:00, she stated she will call 30 minutes before the sceduled pick time if the driver do not arrive to work on time she took my cell and home numbers. I stood outside waiting for the taxi, however, it never arrived. I called them back and she told me she forgot to call. I missed my train plus I had to pay additional money for my train ticket next departure time. The real sad part was the I don't care attitude from this company.

Yellow cab of Stockton has some great drivers, especially a man named Robin. The cabs are clean and the service is great! Would recommend!

Despite what the add say's , they do not take credit cards . Also, they arrived 30 minutes late on a pre-arranged call . And to make matters worse, both the taxi and driver were filthy .
