I moved into this place about a year ago and

ever since I have been receiving notices about

cleaning my balcony and how the management wants me to "beautify" their place by planting

4 (approved) plants right outside my balcony.

They want me to purchase plants, spend MY labor to plant them and do weeding and pruning

of these plants to be left there if I should move out. I think these managers are NUTS!

Better to not rent from them!
