I had to call Roto Rotor and set up an appointment and the lady on the phone was very professional and polite, we set up an appointment for the following day which was Friday and set up a time between 8am and 10am. Brandon was are service representative and he texted and sent an email as to when he would be showing up and sent an email as to where he was, and he showed up between the times that we requested. When Brendon showed up he introduced himself and was very polite and as he entered are home he put on blue booties to protect are carpet, a very nice addition, as Brandon was checking out our clog issue he was explaining everything to my sister and I and he explained in a way that we understood what needed to be done. Brandon took me out to the backyard where the outdoor drainage is located, glad he knew because I had no idea where it was, and showed me how all piping came together. He gave us a quote which I felt was very fair and as he was working he would come out and explain what he was doing. Brandon was such a professional but he also was such a very nice young man and I feel he is such a great asset for your company, because of Brandon,s knowledge and performance and personality we will be using this company for all our plumbing needs. I called Roto Rooter for service on my home today and a very nice man Brandon came to my home. He ran my house line. Showed me roots. Made sure to give me a 30 guarantee on his work. Very nice gentleman. Highly recommend him and his company. Service within the same day. Showed up on time. Very satisfied with this company.

Had a bit great experience with Roto Rooter late at night. They said they'd send someone out but they didn't come until earlier morning. The worked fast but drain was still slow.

Just bought a new house and it seems like everything's going wrong (toilets backing up, garage door opener wouldn't work, air conditioner not cold)! I was a little leary of calling a name I didn't know to fix my plumbing so I stuck with a name I felt I could trust, Roto Rooter! They were out that day, unclogged my pipes and It's all back to work, good as new! Price didn't seem to bad either.

Although they werent able to come to our rescue at 10:30 p.m when our bathroom flooded, I was impressed that they were able to schedule an appointment for first thing in the morning the following day. Unlike other companies that schedule appointments in 2 hour windows, they call ahead of time to let you know theyre on their way. That was convenient because we were able to run other errands while waiting. Overall I was satisfied with the courteous service I received over the phone and the plumber was friendly and informative about our plumbing issue. Most of all we were impressed that they gave a 6 month guarantee. I hope we dont have any more plumbing issues but if we do, I will call them again and will also refer them.
