I recently purchased a wig from this store and I truly had the worst experiance ever. I am really self consious about the fact that I need to wear a wig and most of the stores that I've been to have been helpful and experianced. When I went into this store I worked with an associate and he was very nice. When I purchased the wig the associate offered to have my wig styled as an added (no charge) service. The associate explained that the owner was a stylist and that she was very experianced, all I had to do is provide detailed information about the styling. I explained very clearly to the associate that I did not want a major difference from what I currently have, so that people that know me would not notice a dramitic difference.



When I was called to come back to pick up my wig, I was completely shocked that the wig was just cut, not styled and I must say, it was cut very, very bad. The looks of the finsihed wig (as they called it) was literally cut differently from what I explained and it look nothing like what I currently have now. I asked the associate to please provide an exchange and he asked that I speak to the owner. I talked to the owner and she told me that there were no refunds (mind you that I did not request one) all I asked for was an even exchange. The owner kept telling me that the wig looked great but I was not comfortable with it. I begged, pleaded and then demanded that she please provide an exchange. After spending close to $80.00 she told me that she would not honor my request for the exhange. She was very clear on telling me to purchase another unit.



As a stay at home grandmother, I am unemployeed and used my very little money I have to try to enhance my appreance. I am very self consious with the fact that I have to wear a wig. Having to deal with folks that have no heart and will not fess up to their mistake is completely unacceptable. I normally do not take the time to write reviews but I feel that it is important to warn everyone that this is not a place you want to purchase from. There are far too many professional firms out there that will appreciate your business and treat you like acustomer should be treated. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THIS SO CALLED BUSINESS!!!
