ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! I purchased a ticket on line today for a bus leaving Stockton at 12:05AM to Banning by 10:30AM.,...

When I got to the station, it was closed, so I called the 1-800-231-2222 Greyhound Customer assistance, and the agent confirmed my ticket, and said all I had to do was give the driver my confirmation number. When the bus arrived the driver REFUSED my infor mation, said he can't do anything without a ticket.I told him what the agent told me, and he rudely drove off. He smelled like booze. and was more than extremely rude.......I am so upset, I have a death in my family and am expected.in Southern California. Additionally...I PAID GREYHOUND!!! I don't have enough money to buy an amtrak ticket.... THIS IS SOOOOO RIDICULOUS!!!
