I had a contract for 2 years for towel service aprons and mops and cleaning supplies totaling $600 per month. That was what I told them was in my budget, it was always nothing less than $900 and up to $1200 per month. At the end of my contract I asked for a new proposal, I didn't sign up for it but continued using them. In that time every week I was being charged for supplies that weren't delivered like hand soap, toilet seat covers, door mats etc. The kicker to this is the weekly charge of $21.50 for lost and damaged towels equaling well over $1000.00 that would have been fine but the quality if the towels they were bringing me were terrible, ripped with holes and stained, even the aprons would have hairy hair ties still in the pockets. When I wanted to discontinue service it turned into a circus, first the driver/salesman tells me if I was under contract I would get better pricing, the only problem was that while I was under contract I had the same issues, so why would I lock myself into that for 2 more years? So when the driver picked up the linens he said he would be back in the next couple of weeks, for us to give him a call it was no big deal and he grab them on his way home. The next week he called and said he was coming to pick them up, it was during a busy time and he was there in 3 hours and we were still busy. He tells us he can't take the equipment down because we weren't in a contract. He called back a half an hour later and says you know we can charge you for all this because it's still under contract! What is it I'm not under contract until they want to charge me for it? The driver says I'll be there to pick up the equipment on Tuesday and it better be ready. Everything was waiting for him and he doesn't show up till Friday and then a bill for $1177.50 shows up.
BEWARE, they are crooks!!!
