Provided by YP.comThis is the worst place to go. If you have to pay up front and bill the insurance yourself, go somewhere else. We have been trying to get an itemized billing to submit into our insurance but they have the worst staff in this place. They can't print a single page billing for me, really shady BEWARE!!!!
