Owner charged my account based on a phone call by a third party. I did not receive a phone call

to authorize purchase. This is a practice thay can cause huge financial problems if a large amount. Owner would not admit that she made a mistake. I did not receive a call to authorize this purchase, yet the owner was argumentative and that she was in the right because someone told her to put it on my account. I would have appreciated the owner if she admitted her mistake, and tried to make it right.she did finally offered to give me the flowers free, all that was very argumentative. I chose another florist fearing the product that I would receive would not be quality work.
