I would give ZERO stars if possible! 3 office visits (& yes, should have learned the lesson the 1st or 2nd time, but gave them another chance & the 3rd time was NOT the "charm"!)& not one visit (to do a simple, literally 2-4 minute "procedure") has been less than 2.5 hours! We've literally waited OVER an hour in the lobby until even being called back, ALL 3 times! Then we've waited ANOTHER 1-1.5 hours for the doctor to come into the exam room! We will never be back nor will I send anyone to this office, quite the opposite! Horrible experiences! What a waste of time!!!

went to the office expecting to be seen with a diagnosis for my symptoms. Dr Durand was quick, she looked at me in a hurry and tried to diagnose me. Then she request a test that my insurance did not cover. Still no current diagnosis. This office sucks I would never go there again or recommend their services
