For the most part, it's our favorite place to eat. Sure there have been times the food or the service was sub par but the staff usually try to make sure we leave satisfied. When the food is prepared correctly, it is delicious.

NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR. I was really dissapointed in the customer service I received at this location. I ordered the sirloin and lobster tail for $14.99. The steak was overcooked, difficlt to chew, baked potato dry. I asked for extra sour cream but I never received it until after flaging down the waitress. I informed the waiter of the dissapointment meal and HE suggested a ribeye steak to replace the sirloin. The manager came soon after and asked if I would like something else and I mentioned the ribeye and lobster tail. NEITHER THE WAITER NOR THE MANAGER INFORMED ME THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WAS BEING PROVIDED WAS GOING TO COST ME MORE MONEY. I was charged $19.99 for the ribeye and $7.99 for the small lobster tail (not Maine lobster). My bill was $34.34. I paid it after wasting my energy and time. This is my last personal and business visit to this location. Believe it or not, I actually left Longhorn prior to coming to this restaurant. WHAT A MISTAKE !!!!

Food is good sometimes, great never. If you order take out check before you go.

Since working at this place over 5 years ago for 3 years there definitely has been a decline of the expectations of good service.

Great food for the right price. Nice atmosphere & family friendly restaurant. A+++++++++++
