I purchased a new home in April 2007. Metro Comfort Masters (MCM) installed my HVAC system. We had problems with our HVAC system from May to August 2007. It took MCM over 12 visits to resolve the problems. I took solace from the fact that the MCM Service Manager Scott, Chewning assured me in several email messages from the middle of June 2007 to the beginning of August 2007 that MCM would honor the one year warranty and would not shirk their responsibilities. If you're considering a system installed by MCM With all these problems I took solace from the fact that the MCM Service Manager Scott, Chewning assured me that MCM would honor the one year warranty and would not shirk their responsibilities. If you are considering MCM install or maintain your HVAC system I recommend you look elsewhere as my experience indicates they do not keep their promises.
