I got my hair cut at Ulta, and the stylist did an amazing job! Michaela gave me the exact haircut that I wanted. It was perfect from the cut, feathered bangs, layering, and style afterwards! She was very helpful when it came to suggestions, and was very polite and kind! Because she has more experience getting her to style your hair is $10 extra, but I think it's well worth the money.

in all fairness to Ulta, they never said that the first person in line would receive a 100.00 gift card. They said the first 100 people would receive a card vaued at 5-100.00. Getting there early just ensures a chance at the 100.00.

I am very upset that at their Grand Opening they had us draw the "dollar off gift cards" out of a bag rather than hand the first person in line the most money off gift card and go down from there. There were at least 70 people in line. I, myself, was not the first in line, but the first seven in line happened to pick the 5$ off gift cards leaving the greater ones inside for the people who did not get there an hour and a half early to wait outside. I feel very bad for the lady first in line and for myself for getting up extra early, very excited, waiting 6th in line. Unfair and I am hesitant to return, although this is the only beauty story with Urban Decay in our town, so I will probably give in.



The sales associates were very nice and were knowledgeable about the products.
