My yard looks great because of the service of TruGreen are always great. They know what to do with it.

Workers are the strength of the program. Very nice and listen to any concerns.

True Green has helped my grass, shrubs, and trees grow faster and look greener than ever before. Weed control is good too. Having treatments applied at appropriate times and without needing to set up appointments is very convenient. I really appreciate the service provided by True Green!

I would tell them that you have been a great company since you took over from Enid's Grassroots way back when. I have been a loyal customer since about 1999 or 2000. I can't remember. I would tell them after your treatment if it didn't work, you would come back out free of charge and treat it 2-3 times if necessary and no extra charges. I would them That if we are in drought and water rationing not to come and treat needlessly. As it would do no good as we can't water and stay away till water rationing is eased. I would tell them that your Lawn technicians are always courteous, and they answer questions to the best of there ability and even if they don't know the answer, they will seek an answer and give you an answer on the spot. They are knowledgeable and they are really concerned about the yards (my) they treat. And, they leave their name on the tickets after treatment which is a good thing. Which means I can send positive waves to the company about your agent. So, far, I have never had to send negative. All I have had to do is as for a retreat, maybe because the weeds and rebel grasses were just to stout for a regular treatment as my property is located directly to a pasture open field and we know how that works especially during southerly winds and my property is to the north. So sometimes I need extra, but you have never charged me for retreat's of the product to reduce the weed. I would say all of this to anyone that asks about how good True Green really is. I have been with you many, many years, even before you were here (Grass Roots) I hope this helps you get more business. You all are just fantastic!
