We have waited since getting an estimate on April 2 to get 2 limbs removed from neighbors tree....Rain delays.....position on the wait list.......Finally the work was to be done today.The tree service owner disagreed on which 2 limbs the estimate was given for and if we wanted the CORRECT ones gone it would be like $600 more.....then he said he would never remove the limb or the 2 smaller branches..........I verified with Dave 2x which limbs were to be removed based on the ' misunderstanding ' of which ones were to be removed the 1st time 2 years ago.This happened to us from the same company in 2016.Funny how we were on the same page during the time the estimate was written but not when they arrive to do the work......... 2 times bitten and I am done..........no removal of any limbs were done at all today..........
