Horrible Place

This place was absoultely horrible. the customer service was trash and so were there attitudes. When i first walked in there were 3 women sitting at the front desk and no one smiled or said hello how can i help you. I was standing there waiting to be helped and no one did. A fourth lady came in a sat down then eventually asked me if I needed to be helped I told her no thank you because i was already displeased about the service. I drove all the way to "Dynasty Nails" and i was welcomed and treated with respect. I just moved to valencia and to get service like that is a turn off. I found my new shop and its dynasty nails. I will never go back to the nail forum.

Bad Customer Service

The nail technicians are generally good. There are even a few who I request specifically. However, the people working the front desk are confused and lack responsibility.



The average wait time (with an appointment) is 20 minutes. Yes, the girls are finishing with other customers, some who might have been late thus causing a domino affect. However, I've been there five times in the past three months and have waited a minimum of 20 minutes before being taken. Therefore, they either have poor planning skills or just don't care about their customer's time. Ironically, if you are more than 15 minutes late they can give your appointment away. I agree, they absolutely should do so. I also believe they should offer their customers the same courtesy. If a customer, with an appointment, has to wait for more than 15 minutes then they should get a free service. It's only fair, don't you think? I know, I know, they would probably go out of business due to providing so many free services. So what does that tell you? Why do we as customers think so little of ourselves that we are willing to accept such blatant disrespect? What has happened to customer service?



Ironically, the above is not even what has caused this review. It was the way my friend and I were treated today. After waiting yet another 20 minutes for my friend to have her manicure with her requested person, and for me to have my pedicure with my requested person, my friend was given to the wrong person for the wrong service. I was still waiting when my friend returned frustrated by what had occurred. When my friend explained that I was to be given the pedicure the two women at the front just stared at the computer screen, confused by this revelation. Not only that, the person she requested for her manicure wasn't available. Instead to avoid responsbility for their error, they insisted the person they assigned had worked on her before. They continued to insist even when their person admitted to having never worked on my friend. No apologies, no acknowledgment of their mistake, no "what can we do to make this better," no nothing! Just long, blank stares at the computer screen. It was as if they mentally checked out, while hoping the problem would disappear. Well they go their wish! We left, losing our business forever.
