I have complained numerous times because the drivers do not knock or ring the doorbell to announce they have left a package. I just watched the driver pull up and walk toward my apartment and waited for him to knock and NOTHING!!!!! I saw him start his truck back up and pull away, so I looked out to see if he had left something for another apartment -even though I was expecting a delivery - and NO, it was my door that he had sat the package by! All that way to deliver and can NOT knock to let the tenant (in a non-secure building) know that he had just delivered a package!!!!! My nephew is a UPS driver in another state and says that is NOT how they were trained, so why do the people in our area do their deliveries this way???? I hope companies
are able to go to drones - - - at least THEN there will be a reason for poor service!!!!
