We recently purchased a house that had a "well established" bat colony in the attic. Matt showed up to install the screens to allow the bats to vacate without being harmed. He then returned the following week to check and make sure the bats were gone as well as install better screens that protected us from further infestation. He was patient and answered all of our questions and gave us further advice. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. Highly recommend.
