I have been with this branch now for 15 years and have been treated with nothing but respect. Anytime I have had a question or needed my equipment checked, they have always been there. They are always prompt for any appointments to come to my home. When it is time for new equipment, they are sure to make me comfortable and fully understand how to operate it before they leave. I would definitely recommend Lincare.

After being referred by the Mfg. I called for my mother-in-law to order a shower wand for an invacare walk in tub she has in her home,after being referred to Lincare by the mfg. as a distributor of their products. Susanne did not listen to my request, but repeatedly asked for my insurance or my Doctors name,was very rude, till finally she said they do not fix tubs.I was so frustrated I called the Mfg back to get another distributor,s name and report Lincare. Don't waste your time!
