Cardinal Heating & Cooling provides excellent customer service. Their technicians show up on time, appear professional, unlike some other companies, and take the time to explain your situation. They did a great job installing my unit 9 years ago and a great job servicing it recently. I always recommend Cardinal Heating & Cooling!!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I COULD NOT DISAGREE MORE ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD WITH CARDINAL HEATING AND COOLING. THEY CONTACTED ME AND FOLLOWED UP WITH EVERYTHING THAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY HEATPUMP SYSTEM THIS SUMMER. THE SERVICE TECH, TO THE OFFICE PEOPLE ALL THE WAY TO THE OWNER COULD NOT MAKE ME FEEL MORE COMFORTABLE ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY SYSTEM. I WOULD RECOMMEND CARDINAL HEATING & COOLING TO ALL OF FAMILY AND FRIENDS. GREAT JOB GUYS

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE/ HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great Customer Service from Cardinal Heating & Cooling all the way around from the techs, the office, to the installers. They kept me informed of the problems I was having with my heatpump while I was working because I was unable to be where at the time. I talked to the tech, the office and even to the owner. That's great feeling when people are available for you to talk to when you are busy and need someone you can trust in. Thank you for your help.

Last summer, in the midst of a...

Last summer, in the midst of all the heat and humidity, my A/C unit stopped working. Since Cardinal Heating & Cooling advertises that they're available 24/7 I called them. It was late in the evening so I didn't think I was going to be able to get someone to come out, but Tod Workman did. He thoroughly checked my unit (indoors and outside), diagnosed the problem (something was frozen and there was a leak too), showed me in writing what it would cost to make the repairs, how long it would take to finish the repairs, explained everything to me in terms that I could understand and answered all of my questions. Tod Workman even went so far as to be so honest and tell me that his repair may only be a Band-Aid because my unit was so old and rusted (and inefficient) that I should consider replacing it with a much more efficient unit. He explained to me that my unit was the original A/C unit when my condo was built and it was no longer made. And how my energy bills year-round could be cut in half or more with a new, more energy efficient model. I couldn't afford to replace my A/C so he said that wasn't a problem because he works with the power company who would help finance the replacement of my unit. Even though I chose not replace my unit, Tod Workman was still very professional, courtesy, polite, personable and made me feel very comfortable doing business with his family owned business. I've referred co-workers and other family members to Cardinal Heating & Cooling and they too have had wonderful experiences with Cardinal Heating and Cooling. Matter of fact, my mother replaced her old A/C, furnace, hot water heater and thermostat with Cardinal Heating and Cooling. And my mother-in-law and sister-in-law have both used Cardinal Heating & Cooling and they too have had nothing but outstanding customer service from this very reliable and trustworthy family business. It feels good to support a local family business in the community, especially in these economic times, so I would encourage anyone to give Cardinal Heating & Cooling a call. You won't be disappointed.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE. Cardinal Heating and Cooling owner/estimator caused damage to our bathroom ceiling from a visit. Cardinal Heating and Cooling made one failed attempt to inspect the damage. Never contacted to follow up. Cardinal Heating and Cooling accused my wife and I of lying about the damage without ever inspecting the damage. Cardinal Heating and Cooling spent more time replying and denying to the Dept of Consumer Affairs than it would have to just come out and inspect the damage. Cardinal Heating and Cooling owner Tod Workman instead put us on ignore hoping that we would just go away. Cardinal Heating and Cooling probably treats others this way if they did it to us over such a petty amount. You wont get great customer service from Cardinal Heating and Cooling. A very sad experience with Cardinal Heating and Cooling is what we had.
