I used Boxcart for a move that involved packing, moving and some items going to storage. Everything went very smoothly. I was extremely pleased with the crews. This company certainly knows the meaning of "customer Service". I will definately us BOXCART again!

They damaged the inner glass on my projection TV during the move. Their response was that since there was no signs of physical damage on the outside of the TV, they were not liable for it. They made no attempts to resolve the issue. We also used them to store our belongings while we searched for a new home. They tell you that you have full access to your items but when I tried to retrieve some, they made a big deal about locating the cart and was going to charge me $75/hour for access to MY stuff! This is on top of the $400/month I was already paying for the storage fee.



I would NEVER use them again!

My name is Amy Stowell , Vice President and Co-Owner of BoxCart, and I would like to address the above review. As a small, family-owned business, we take pride in our reputation, and it comes as a shock that this customer was dissatisfied with BoxCart's services, because these issues were never communicated. He was very complimentary of our services, giving our crew the highest possible rating on their performance evaluation. I personally call after each service to make sure the job went smoothly, and no issues were raised. Regarding TV damage: I am unaware of any damage, and the customer did not submit a damage claim for his TV. Regardless of whether damage was visible or not, a claim form would have to be submitted, and the compensation would be based upon the elected insurance coverage chosen by the customer. Regarding access fees: Those who load their own belongings have free access at our facility. For those who engage BoxCart's loading services, BoxCart becomes liable for those goods; therefore, we inventory each item as it goes into the containers, noting the condition. The access fee simply covers our warehouseman's time to modify the inventory detail as items are added to or taken out of storage to ensure the inventory records remain accurate. I truly regret that this customer was unhappy with BoxCart's services. Again, I take the reputation of my company very seriously, and every concern is valid and important.
